Description
Quantitative DNA methylation measurement at the single-CpG-site level is offered with the Infinium Methylation Assay (BeadArray technology). This microarray-based assay detects the methylation of cytosine residues from CpG islands using a multiplex genotyping assay on sodium bisulfite converted genomic DNA (gDNA).
