Genotyping Services

The Innovation Centre offers different technologies for the genotyping of markers such as SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms), Indels (insertion/deletion polymorphisms) and microsatellites. Copy number variation (CNV) and quantitative methylation analyses of genomic DNA are also available.
