The Expression Analysis Services from the Innovation Centre is offering various functional genomics tools allowing global transcriptional regulation study.

A personalized service adapted to the project needs is proposed. Using the latest tools to find solutions to most technical or experimental design problems (e.g. low amount of starting RNA, degraded samples, etc.).

You will be able to track your experiments and access results using a convenient password-protected Web application (Nanuq). Moreover you will be guided in your data analysis with help of our data visualization and analysis software, FlexArray.
