This workshop is geared towards biologists or bioinformaticians working with next generation sequencing datasets. Minimal unix knowledge is recommended, but step by step computational procedures will be performed live with support. Pipelines will be running on the Mammouth2 compute canada cluster with scaled down datasets using temporary accounts.
